Our organic gluten-free buckwheat bread from Saltå Kvarn is soft and has a nice texture. It is baked on oatmeal, rice flour and buckwheat flour, as well as a sourdough made from whole grain rice flour. The bread is topped with sunflower seeds for an extra nutritious surface. Perfect for those with allergies or gluten intolerance, but note that the bread is baked in an environment where other grains are present and may contain traces of gluten.

INGREDIENTS: Water, oatmeal, sunflower seeds, buckwheat flour, whole grain rice flour, rice flour, whole buckwheat, flaxseed, sea salt, raw cane sugar, buckwheat sourdough (buckwheat flour, water, yeast).
