MODERNIZATION OF AN INSTITUTION

Tre Små Rum Café & patisserie is part of Trosa's cityscape and heritage. A place that has been part of the living center for decades. Our new visual concept will marry the strong heritage of Tre Små Rum, the institution, with the new modern cafe and patisserie.

Tre Små Rum Café & Conditori is primarily a place where we want to meet the needs and wishes of Trosa residents. In addition to enjoying it on site, you can take all the goodies home with you. We will be open at least five days a week all year round and during the summer season seven days. In addition, we now have alcohol rights, which means that we can become a place to hang out both for coffee guests and for those who want a bite to eat and a glass.

Tre Små Rum café & Konditori is also the place where the conscious, cool, curious travel a long way to taste one of the innovative taste experiences in an equally tasty, inviting and inspiring environment.

With a passion for meeting people and good tastes, we, Sylvia and Jens, would like to welcome you to the new Tre Små Rum Café & Confectionery.

Sylvia, who has been in the industry for 14-15 years, started her career as a cold bar at Eriks Gondolen in Stockholm and during her time there had the opportunity to develop her interest in desserts at Gondolen's patisserie. Since then she has worked as a pastry chef.

She has worked at Grand Hotell as pastry chef and pastry chef. Sylvia has also been production and development responsible chocolatier at Oaxen Krog. Most recently as production manager at MR Cake in Stockholm.

- This is so much fun. Imagine finally being able to run your own cafe and patisserie. Get the opportunity to create the pastries that I myself want and that I hope the visitor will also like.

 

Jens is an entrepreneur who runs an e-commerce marketing company on a daily basis. We live in Järna and have always been a lot in Trosa because my parents live here.

- This really is a family project and without my parents the renovation wouldn't have gone as well as it did and they will be a big help going forward but now it's primarily Sylvia who will be working in the cafe and patisserie. It's just so insanely fun that I probably won't be able to stay away from here.
